Mimosa Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. champagne

• 2 oz. SodaStream Orange

• ¼ oz. simple syrup

• 200ml cup blood orange juice

• Orange slices

• Raspberries

Instructions:

Add champagne to a glass. Top with SodaStream Orange. Stir, garnish, and serve.

Passion Fruit Mezcal Paloma Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water

• 1/2 tsp grated pink grapefruit zest

• 70ml fresh pink grapefruit juice

• 20ml fresh lime juice

• Pulp from 1/2 passionfruit

• 1 tsp sugar

• 45ml white Mezcal

• Caster sugar, to rim

• Ice

• 1/2 passionfruit, to garnish

Method:

• To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.

• Place pink grapefruit zest and juice, lime juice, passionfruit pulp, sugar and Mezcal into the cocktail shaker and shake until sugar is dissolved.

• To serve: Rim a serving glass with caster sugar. Add ice then gently pour in mixture.

• Top with SodaStream sparkling water to fill.

• Garnish with 1/2 a passionfruit.

Orange Sour Cocktail

Ingredients:

• SodaStream sparkling water, to top

• 1 egg white

• 30ml SodaStream Orange

• 60ml gin

• Juice from ½ a lemon

• Ice

Method:

To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.

In a cocktail shaker, add ice and egg white. Shake for 30 seconds before adding Soda Press Co Summer Orange syrup, gin and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a tumbler glass and top with sparkling water.

Organic Fruit Royal Cocktail

• Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Soda Press Co Old Fashioned Lemonade Soda Mix (can substitute with other flavour if desired)

  • 50 ml Chambord (blackcurrant liqueur)

  • 50ml Vodka

  • SodaStream sparkling water

• Instructions:

  • Fizz cold fresh water with your SodaStream maker.

  • Add the soda mix, Chambord, and vodka to a coupé glass or flute.

  • Top with the sparkling water to serve. 

Soda Libre Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 ¼ oz. rum

• Squeeze of fresh lime juice

• 4 oz. PEPSI Max

• 4 lime wheels

Instructions:

Fill a glass with ice. Add rum, lime juice,and PEPSI Max. Stir, garnish, and serve.

Slice of Paradise Mocktail

Ingredients:

• Squeeze of fresh lime juice

• 2 oz. pineapple juice

• 4 oz. 7UP/ 7UP Free

• Slice of pineapple

• 2 lime wheels

• Basil leaf

• Chili seasoning

Instructions:

Rim a glass with chili seasoning, then fill it with ice. Add juices and top with 7UP/7UP Free. Stir, garnish, and serve.

Cheeky Cherry Mocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. cherry juice

• ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

• 4 oz. PEPSI Max or 4 oz. PEPSI Cherry

• Handful of Maraschino cherries,

• 3 lime wheels, garnish

Instructions:

Fill a glass to the brim with ice. Add juices and top with PEPSI Max Stir, garnish, and serve.
