Voucher Offer Terms & Conditions

Issuing Vouchers:

​

1)            One voucher will be issued, worth £10 for every complete £100 that a customer spends in one transaction in store

2)            Minimum spend £100

3)            The voucher will only be issued against new orders placed between 03/06/25 to 28/06/25

4)            Minimum 50% deposit.

5)            Qualifying in store purchases will be issued with a paper voucher which can only be redeemed in store

6)            The issuing departments are as follows: Furniture, Beds, Carpets, Rugs, Lighting, Art Work, Mirrors

Exclusions for Issuing Vouchers:

7)            Vouchers will not be issued:

a)            for purchases that are on Interest Free Credit

b)            for historic estimates/quotations that are now being accepted and already benefit from a different promotion

c)             where a voucher is being used as payment in part or full for that transaction

Redeeming Vouchers:

​

8)         Voucher must be redeemed against a new purchase in a different department: Women’s and Men’s Fashion, Accessories, Shoes, Beauty, Fragrance, Gifts, Toys, Baby Clothing, Cookshop, Linens, Wool and Haberdashery 

9)         Vouchers must be used in one transaction, no change will we given or further vouchers issued

10)         Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

11)         Vouchers can be used as part or full payment before the expiry date, excluding The Rooftop Cafe

12)         Vouchers must be redeemed in store and cannot be used for payment of balances prior to delivery 

13)         Defaced, damaged or photocopies of the vouchers will not be accepted

14)         Value 0.001p

15)         Please keep vouchers in a safe place as replacement vouchers will not be issued under any circumstances

Exclusions for Redeeming Vouchers:

​

16)         Vouchers cannot be used as payment:

a.            against the purchase that generated it

b.            on further purchases of the same product, or products from the same department

c.             to settle existing account balances or to pay for orders that were placed before the vouchers were issued

d.            for purchases on Interest Free Credit

e.            in conjunction with any other voucher offer

f.             for historical estimates/quotations that benefit from a different promotion

g.            in the Rooftop Cafe

h.            to purchase a gift card

​Order Cancellations:

17)         The face value of a voucher is fully repayable should the original transaction be cancelled or returned

18)         The customer must return any unused vouchers and/or repay any full or part vouchers that have been redeemed 

19)         For orders, Dixons reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit to repay any vouchers used

20)         For till transactions, the value of any vouchers used will be deducted from the refund

21)         Where a customer cancels or returns an item that was paid for in full or part by a voucher, a new voucher will only be issued up to 28/06/2025 and valid until 01/07/2025. After this date the voucher offer is no longer valid and the customer has lost the opportunity to benefit from the offer
